Shipping
Handling and shipping of your order takes place as soon as possible after the due amount to our bank account. This is on average between 1-5 working days.
Your order will be sent via PostNL or GLS with a track & trace number (if possible).

Shipping costs
For shipping within the Netherlands, an amount of €6,95 (incl. VAT) charged when the order is under the €150,00-net . Above this amount is shipping free of charge for you.
For shipping to Belgium or Germany, an amount of €12,95 (incl. VAT) charged when the order is under the €300,00-net . 
For shipping within Europe an amount of €17,95 (incl. VAT) is charged when the order under the €500,00-net is. Countries concerned: Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Slovakia, Austria, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
For shipping to all other countries in Europe an amount of €29,95 (incl. VAT) is charged when the order under the €750,00-net is. Countries concerned: Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania.
Above this amounts is free shipping, except for addresses which are accessible only by water. Here is a separate fee for.

To be able to offer our products as sharp as possible, we are forced to for orders the cost of your chosen payment method to cover processing and handling. This costs you will see instantly when you should choose a method of payment. Some payment methods are free!

Returns-14 days return policy
With the purchase of our products, the consumer has the ability to dissolve the contract, without giving reasons for 14 days. This period shall begin from the day after receipt of the product cq. order by or on behalf of the consumer.
During this period of 14 days, the consumer shall handle with the product and its packaging. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary in order to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will have the product and – if reasonably possible-in original, undamaged and unwritten return packaging.
Returns are always for the account and risk of the sender. You should also the package properly packaging and sufficient postage. (Note! postage due packages is denied). In the case of guaranteed or misdelivery is returning, of course, free of charge for you.
