Nobody will have missed the fact that the country is currently turned upside down by the Corona virus. Not only daily life has changed, but also the trade in the (sports) medical sector.
Naturally, at 123FYSIO.NL we are extremely careful during our daily work and we take the necessary precautions. That is only logical, every little bit helps.
With regard to the sale of products, it is currently also a crisis. Many of the care products and protection products are currently hardly available. It is impossible to keep track of current stock in our system. It is possible that you order a product and perhaps settle what is not available or that is not available on time. When possible, we will offer you an alternative if available, if this is not possible we will proceed to return the paid amount. All this will of course be done in consultation with you as a customer.
Usually the aim is to handle all orders and emails within 24 hours. However, due to the large quantities, it is not always possible at the moment. That is why we ask you to be more patient during these times when you have sent an email or placed an order.
We are currently, full of hope, and trying every day to get all products available again. Which results in a daily fluctuating stock. If you need products such as soap, alcohol, disinfection gel, gloves, masks, aprons or other such products, it is always possible to inquire about availability, this can be done by mail or phone.
